Commitment to Quality

AultCare's mission is to lead our community to improved health. We are committing to providing you with a superior level of customer service and access to quality care. To achieve our goal, we continually monitor and evaluate our performance against rigorous national and regional standards. To do this, we utilize data from HEDIS® and CAHPS® every year.

What are HEDIS® and CAHPS ® ?

HEDIS® is the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set. Insurance companies across the United States participate in HEDIS® data collection making it one of the best ways to gauge our performance against benchmarks. This data set includes over 90 measures that evaluate six different domains, including: ‍

  • Effectiveness of Care
  • Access/Availability of Care
  • Experience of Care Utilization and Risk-Adjusted Utilization
  • Health Plan Descriptive Information
  • Measures Collected Using Electronic Clinical Data System ‍

CAHPS® is the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems. This set of surveys asks patients to report on their healthcare experiences with both their health plan and their providers. This data is collected annually and plays a key role in how we strive to improve year after year. View the results of the survey using this link.

AultCare You Matter Scholarship

The AultCare Y ou Matter Scholarship presented by AultCare is designed to honor those students who promote positivity and inclusiveness. Over the past couple of years, AultCare made an initiative to spread the message “You Matter” in our local communities. This messaging is close to our hearts as we believe everyone should be told how much they matter to their family, friends, colleagues, peers, and community.

AultCare awards over 40 scholarships valued at $500 each to deserving students from high schools in our five-county market. To be considered for the award, the student must be a graduating senior attending an accredited college or university, uphold a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA, and promote positivity and inclusiveness at school, on a sport’s team, in a club setting, in the arts, or within their local community. The Guidance Department at the area schools are informed of these criteria and select a student to receive the scholarship award. There is no application process for the scholarship.
