Regarding the Prescription Cost Calculator:

This information is a general guide available under the FEHB AultCare prescription benefit. AultCare’s prescription formulary is changed annually, however, the formulary status may fluctuate as new FDA medications are approved or modified. If you are taking a drug on our 2022 formulary that was covered at the beginning of the year, we will not discontinue or reduce coverage of the drug during the 2022 coverage year except, but not limited to, when a new, less expensive generic drug becomes available or when new adverse information about the safety or effectiveness of a drug is released.

These prices reflect cost information recently made available but may not reflect your actual cost since prices tend to fluctuate. This is not a guarantee of benefits and is only intended as an aid in comparing retail and mail cost shares. Always seek the advice of your doctor before taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications.

For more information, including a hard copy of the most current formulary listing, please contact AultCare at  330-363-6360 or 1-800-344-8858.
